Penang, a historical state with a densely populated area (more than 1.74 million people as of 2020) offers excellent foundation for early childhood education. Here is a short compilation of some of the best kindergartens and early childhood education centres in Penang, the Pearl of the Orient.Note: The preschools below are listed in alphabetical order.
