Noel enjoys his learning journey with I Can Read Hartamas. He has been looking forward attending class every weekend. I am very pleased with the individual development of my children at I Can Read enrichment centre. The dedication & patience of the teachers take great care to understand the learning and social development for my children also impressed me well.
